Simcoe Outreach Services provides assessment, referral and counselling to individuals in Simcoe County whose primary concern is related to either their own or someone else's use of alcohol, drugs or gambling. Confidential, outpatient treatment services are free and are offered by appointment only.

Simcoe Outreach Services has offices in Barrie, Alliston, Collingwood, Midland and Orillia.

Simcoe Outreach Services believes in treatment that is non-judgmental and respectful of a person's own perceptions and goals. Talking about problematic use, and the reasons behind it, are critical to successful relapse prevention. S.O.S. staff are familiar with both abstinence (quitting), and moderation (cutting down) strategies. We make referrals to resources in the community and to residential treatment programs in ontario.
